Tech for Impact holds its flagship summit in Tokyo every May. In September 2026 it filled an Oktoberfest tent in Munich with investors, founders and operators for Tech for Climate. In 2027 the Munich day becomes a full edition of its own.
Wednesday 29 September is the conference, in the city. Thursday 30 September is lunch in a reserved tent on the Wiesn, by invitation.
Both days fall in Oktoberfest week, right after Bits & Pretzels. If you are in Munich for that, stay a day or two longer.

The conference
Fireside chats and panels, then Strategy Dialogues at round tables under the Chatham House Rule. The venue is announced with the programme.
The tent
A reserved Oktoberfest tent on the Theresienwiese, late morning to mid-afternoon. By invitation from the host. No stage, no slides. Lunch at reserved tables with the people from Wednesday.
Four kinds of people
- Founders building climate and deep tech in Europe and Asia.
- Investors: family offices, private investors, funds of funds and corporate investors.
- Operators and corporate leaders from energy, industry, mobility and infrastructure.
- Public sector: city, state and federal, and the Japanese and Korean institutions that work with them.
Join the programme
Partners join the programme. A fireside interview with the host, a seat on a panel, or chairing a Strategy Dialogue on a topic they care about, plus seats at the tent on Thursday. There is no pitch slot.
