As Systemic Impact Lead in Business Development Dept. at Nomura Well-Growing Institute, Yukari Saiki engages in business development and investment origination by developing a new investment framework for companies addressing social issues that require a systemic approach and a long-term perspective. Since 2022, she led discussions on avoided emissions as the chairperson of the GX League's Working Group on Disclosure and Evaluation of Climate-related Opportunities. She started her career at NTT Communications where she contributed to establishing the CSR Dept. After joining Nomura Securities in 2007, she developed the Nomura Group's Environmental Philosophy and Environmental Policy. Earned an MBA from MIT.
