Yoshinori Inoue

Yoshinori Inoue joined Happo-en in 2003 and led a dramatic turnaround of the wedding business, growing it to over 2,000 ceremonies per year within four years. He subsequently expanded the company into new frontiers — entering the MICE market, developing Japanese cultural content, and pioneering food-diversity initiatives. Appointed President & CEO of Happo-en in 2023, he has since established three new entities and championed area production rooted in Japan's regional cultural assets, expanding operations from Tokyo to Fukuoka and Kyoto. Continuing to create new cultural value, he is leading Happo-en's evolution into an integrated production company powered by cultural heritage. He currently serves as President & CEO of four companies including Happo-en, and as Chairman of DMO GATEWAY Takanawa-Shinagawa.
