Tech for Impact Summit 2025 drew participants from 57 countries. The third edition, on April 26, 2026, is smaller and more senior by design.
The Format: Two Tracks, One Day
Main Stage (9:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
Keynotes and panels. Confirmed speakers include former Digital Minister Taro Kono, Kathy Matsui (MPower Partners), Charles Hoskinson (Cardano), Yat Siu (Animoca Brands), Yoshito Hori (GLOBIS), and Ken Suzuki (SmartNews).
Sessions cover Web3’s role in Japan’s economic future, AI governance, clean energy, and impact investment.
Strategy Dialogues (Throughout the Day)
Closed-door roundtables seating 10–12 senior leaders each, under Chatham House Rules: no cameras, no recordings, no attribution.
Topics include:

The Venue
Kioi Conference at Tokyo Garden Terrace Kioicho, in Tokyo’s political and business district, a short walk from Nagatacho Station. The venue also hosts some of Japan’s most senior policy discussions.

How to Get In
Tech for Impact Summit 2026 is invitation-only. Applications go through the Luma registration page. The team reviews each one on the applicant’s role, experience in tech or impact, and reasons for attending. Most applicants hear back within 5 business days.
